01 These terms
Nordcite is operated by STAROMEDA OÜ · registry code 17380642 · Pärnu, Estonia · VAT EE102928132. By ordering a report you agree to these terms. They are the whole agreement between us unless we have signed something else with you.
02 What you get
We write a set of search queries for your brand, 50 per market unless your quote says otherwise, in the language of each market, across four groups — best-of, comparison, alternatives and trust — check each one on Google as a signed-out visitor in that country, and keep the answer as a screenshot with its timestamp.
A report is a one-time piece of work unless your quote says it repeats; if it does, the quote says how often and for how long.
You receive a private web report and a PDF containing: the summary figures, the full citation inventory, one exhibit page per query, suggested next steps, and a method note listing the queries, the market and the times.
- Scope and price: as set out in the quote we send you.
- Markets: as set out in the quote.
03 Ordering and payment
The price, its currency and what it covers are set out in the quote we send you by email. The order is confirmed when you accept the quote in writing; a reply to it is enough. The quote also says how to pay.
If you are buying as a business, give us the company name and, if you have one, a VAT ID for the invoice. Any tax that applies is shown on the quote.
Because the work starts as soon as the order is confirmed, we ask you to confirm in writing that you want it to begin at once and that you give up the right to withdraw once the report is delivered. We record that confirmation with the time you gave it. Section 10 sets out what it means.
04 What you provide
Once the order is confirmed you send the brand's domain and name, up to three competitor domains, your market and any notes. The report is written from those details, so they need to be right: a wrong domain produces a report about the wrong brand.
Once sent, the details are fixed, because the queries are written from them within a day. If something is wrong, tell us straight away and we will fix it before the queries are approved.
You confirm you may share the brand and competitor details with us for this purpose.
05 Turnaround
48 hours from the moment we agree the query set with you, unless your quote gives another time. A person reviews the query set before the work starts and the finished report before it goes out, which is why the number is 48 hours and not five minutes.
If we need longer — a query set that needs rewriting, a market misbehaving — we tell you before the 48 hours are up and give you a new time or your money back.
06 What the report is, and what it is not
The report is evidence of what Google's AI Overviews showed for those queries, in those countries, at those times. Every figure in it traces to an exhibit with a screenshot and a timestamp; that is the product.
It is not a prediction. Google's answers change from week to week and from person to person, and nothing in the report is a promise that your brand will appear, keep appearing, rank, or earn anything as a result. The suggested next steps are our informed opinion, not legal, financial or professional advice.
We do not control Google and are not affiliated with it. Search results and the screenshots of them belong to their respective owners and are included as evidence.
07 The report is yours
Once delivered, the report and its files are yours. Keep them, forward them, put them in front of a client, quote them in a proposal or a pitch — that is what they are for, and agencies are welcome to use them with their own clients.
What stays ours is Nordcite itself: the name, the wordmark, the site, the report's design and wording, and the method behind it. Do not resell the service as your own or present Nordcite as your product without a written agreement with us.
08 Using the site
- Do not use the service for anything unlawful, and do not order a report to harass a business or a person.
- Do not try to break into, overload or automatically harvest the site, the report pages or the file links.
- Report links are unguessable but not secret once you share them. You decide who gets one.
09 Refunds
If no AI Overview appeared for any query in a market, you get a full refund for that market. The refund policy sets out how to claim it and what else we refund.
10 If you are buying as a consumer
Nordcite is sold mainly to businesses, where the EU right of withdrawal does not apply. If you are buying as a consumer, you normally have 14 days to withdraw from a distance contract.
Because the work starts as soon as you send the brand details, we ask you to confirm that you want it to begin at once and that the withdrawal right ends once the report is delivered. We keep that confirmation with its timestamp. Until you send the brand details, ask and we refund in full. The refund rule above applies either way, and nothing here affects rights your local law gives you that cannot be waived.
11 Liability
We do our work carefully, and we back it with evidence. Still: to the extent the law allows, our total liability for anything connected to an order is limited to what you paid for that order, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profit or lost business.
Nothing here limits liability for intent or gross negligence, for death or personal injury, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law.
12 Availability and changes
We do not promise the website or the report page will be reachable without interruption. The PDF is yours to keep, which is the point of shipping one.
We may change these terms; the version that applies to your order is the one published when you ordered. The date at the top says when this version was published.
13 Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the law of Estonia, and disputes go to the Estonian courts. If you are a consumer resident in the EU, you keep the protection of the mandatory law of the country you live in, and you may use the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform.
